A message from Coach Cade, January 27, 2009:

Coronado Players & Parents,

Welcome to the Coronado Lacrosse family. It is a wonderful group of people that will look after your young players in a family like fashion throughout their playing career and into college. My name is Alex Cade and I am the High School Coach at Coronado and in some respects the Coronado Lacrosse Director although I have so much help from dedicated parents and coaches in our program that this job is truly easy. We are very proud and fortunate to have one of the finest lacrosse programs in the country with a wide offering of teams with quality coaches to develop young players. The purpose of this content is to help you navigate Islanders Lacrosse for the upcoming Spring Season. I have broken it down below by teams which are determined by grade levels. Read the information carefully so that hopefully it becomes clear. Please feel free to email me with any questions regarding the information below or just lacrosse in general. Please note that registrations should be completed ASAP. All of us coaches look forward to another great season of Islanders Lacrosse!!

High School:
- Top 15 team in the West
- Top 50 team in the Country
- 6 CIF semifinal appearances
- 1 CIF championship appearance 2008

7^th & 8^th Grade Teams: Teams determined by tryouts. No cuts made.
- A Team:
  - Mascot: Islanders
  - Head Coach: Parker Anger 6^th year as head coach and MS program director. NCAA All-American Player Ohio Wesleyan University
  - Practices
    - Location: Cutler Middle School Field
    - Days & Times: M, T, W, Th (4:30 PM)
    - Tryout date TBD
  - Skill Level: Generally these are 8^th graders and advanced or experienced 7^th graders
  - Registration: Spring season sign-ups will be held at the Middle School. Date and more info will be emailed out.
  - Cost: TBD
